A. Weekdays: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM / Weekends & Public Holidays: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM. The store operates year-round without regular closing days; however, it is closed on Seollal (Lunar New Year’s Day) and Chuseok (Korean Thanksgiving Day).

A. Yes. There is an outdoor parking lot behind the building. Please call the store at the gate for assistance.

A. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. After reviewing the relevant regulations, it has been determined that pets are not permitted at the Suwon and Yongin branches. We appreciate your understanding.

Q. Where are the bakery products made?
A. All bakery products by WHEN I BAKE are produced in an in-house facility that is hygienically managed. We oversee the entire production process directly, with a strong focus on quality and consistency.

Q. Is WHEN I BAKE a HACCP-certified brand?
A. Yes, WHEN I BAKE is a HACCP-certified bakery brand. The entire process—from raw material sourcing to production and storage—is systematically managed.

Q. Do you provide samples for new business partners?
A. Yes, we offer a one-time complimentary sample pack for new business partners, allowing you to experience the full range of WHEN I BAKE desserts.

Coffee Bean Supply

Q. Is DOAN coffee bean supply available?
A. Yes. We supply Parkside Main Blend (medium-dark roast) and Single Origin Specialty beans (light roast). Parkside is a blend designed with the idea of a space that anyone can visit comfortably, aiming for a balanced profile that does not become tiring even when enjoyed daily. It features flavors centered around the nuttiness of roasted nuts and the sweetness of milk chocolate, making it easy to introduce and enjoy. Single origin beans are coffees developed by DOAN using green beans directly imported and roasted according to our own direction. They are recommended for those who prefer complex and diverse flavor profiles.

For new business partners, we offer a one-time complimentary 1KG of DOAN’s Parkside Blend. Afterward, supply is provided at wholesale pricing.

Q. Is it possible to inquire about overseas coffee bean supply?
A. Yes. We provide a monthly updated list of overseas beans and DOAN roasting orders. The list is organized by roastery and bean type, allowing you to explore coffees that align with your store’s direction. This is recommended for stores considering menu differentiation using single origin beans.

Consulting

Q. How is the number of consulting sessions determined?
A. It depends on the consulting goals and the scope of training. Based on an initial consultation, we identify the necessary areas such as extraction training, latte art, and machine management, and design the number of sessions accordingly.
